If you have a unit, a warehouse or a back of house area where the floor is shedding dust, staining or impossible to clean, a coating solves it. We will tell you the actual figures for the product we are using before we start, because there is no point coating a floor on Friday if pallets are going on it Saturday morning.

Exterior work lives or dies on preparation and timing: paint going onto a damp or dirty surface, or going on too late in the year, will not last however good the product is. We will tell you if the time of year is wrong for it rather than take the money and let it fail.

Yes, and it is normally where most of the time goes. Cracks filled, damaged plaster made good, holes patched and everything sanded and sealed before any finish coat. Painting straight over a poor surface saves a day and costs you the whole job, so it is not something we skip to hit a lower price.
