We test to find where the fault actually is, whether that is a damaged cable, a failed appliance, water getting somewhere it should not or a circuit that has simply been loaded past what it was built for, and then we tell you what it will take to put right.
Yes. Replacing lighting across a shop floor, an office or a warehouse is a job we do regularly, and the two things that decide how it goes are access and timing. Working over a live shop floor needs the area cordoned and cleared, so it usually happens overnight or before opening. We will walk it with you first and agree how it gets sequenced so trading is not affected.
Yes. Ceiling grids, high level lighting and plant above shop floors are normal work for us, with the right access equipment for the height rather than whatever ladder is nearest. Where a job genuinely needs a tower or a platform we will say so at the quote rather than improvising on the day.
Notifiable electrical work is carried out and certificated to the relevant standards, and you get the paperwork for it. If a job needs a registered electrician for the certification, that is who does it. Ask at the quote stage what certification your particular job needs and you will get a straight answer rather than a vague reassurance.
