Retail units, supermarkets, offices and industrial premises: flooring, washrooms, repairs and planned maintenance, delivered around trading hours. Floors cleaned, restored, repaired or replaced, washrooms refitted, damage made good and the whole thing sequenced so the doors open on time the next morning.

The work happens when the premises is shut, so trading is not lost and the floor is back in use before the first customer.
Retail and commercial floors cleaned, stripped, sealed, patched or relaid depending on what is left of them.
Recurring visits on a schedule for premises that would rather book the work in than wait for something to fail.
Flooring, washrooms, roofing, lighting and making good from one team, which is one call and one invoice rather than five.

Yes, and for most retail work that is the default. Aisles, shop floors and washrooms are done after closing or before opening, with the area cordoned, the work completed and everything cleared and cleaned so the store opens as normal. Tell us the trading hours and the delivery windows and we will build the plan around both.
Very often, yes, and it is a fraction of the cost. A floor that looks finished is frequently just heavily soiled, sealed with something that has broken down, or damaged in patches. Cleaning, stripping and resealing brings a surprising amount of it back, and damaged sections can be cut out and patched. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it is a clean, a patch or a relay.
Yes. Plenty of our commercial work is recurring rather than reactive: floors on a cleaning and resealing cycle, washrooms checked and maintained, roofs and gutters looked at before winter. Booking it in is nearly always cheaper than the emergency version, and it means the work happens at a time you have chosen.
We work across Slough, Heathrow and West London, and for clients with several sites in that area we handle them together rather than treating each as a separate job. If your sites are spread wider than that, tell us where they are and we will give you a straight answer about which ones we can genuinely service properly.
Anything that is a safety issue gets dealt with straight away, whenever it happens, because a lifted floor tile or a leak on a shop floor cannot wait for a convenient slot. We will make it safe immediately and then come back out of hours to do the permanent repair properly.
Yes, and on commercial premises it is the part that matters most. The area is cleaned down, waste goes with us, cordons come out and the space is left ready to trade. A job that is technically finished but leaves a store unable to open is not finished.
